Before we lock the date

Quick terms.

50% is due at booking to reserve your date. The balance (50%) is due the day of the event. Your date is not held without a deposit.
All major credit cards accepted through Square. You'll receive a Square invoice within 24 hours of confirmation.
Drop-off service: we deliver everything ready to serve. The host manages guests and serves after delivery.
On-site trailer must be planned in advance so we can confirm staffing, access, venue permission, and local requirements.
Cancellation & weather: outdoor events are subject to weather holds; indoor events are not. We will always contact you before canceling for safety. Full policy here.
Our drinks may contain dairy, soy, coconut/tree nuts, caffeine, sugar, dyes, and other flavor ingredients. Guests with severe allergies should speak with us before ordering.
After confirmation, you will receive a full catering contract and event liability waiver to review and sign before your event date.
